Oh but from what i know Thomson Line will pass from AMK to Mandai to Woodland not to yishun ....Hmmm.....but nvm la this project will be years later

ya but think in another way lo if u buy a re-sales flat u still need to do reno. even if the flat is in perfect condition the re-sale price especially its COV don come cheap too and reno and COV comes in CASH

Yap very true DBSS cost only abt $400+ PSF and somehow the location where DBSS is located are always better then EC also wondering why.....The management fee in EC is not cheap either cost about $200 plus per month

Yalor so i guess the onli thing that we will be "losin out" is the First-timer grant 30k..... (which we must gif it back if we sold) other then tat i guess there is not much pros ba especially given its location

Nope.. was thinkin if i were get this EC... First i thought it can be used as an investment 5 years dwn the road (where i can buy another re-sale HDB) but i found out that actually given the psf for this EC now i can get a private condo and need not wait till 5 years to buy another re-sale HDB?

So anyone here eyeing for this upcomin EC??

Now we cannot use all CPF to repay lo... at least 5% CASH to be used in the downpayment....if i were to use this EC for investment 5 years later i wonder given the location will it be able to rent it out at a good price haha

hmm... From what i know the Good thing about EC is that after 5 years u can purchase a re-sale HDB and either rent it or sold it... is that true?

CBRE marketing site was pushing this EC now.. and heard that the respond was good..But i do think that this place was very Ulu....i live in Yishun too but i need to take 2 feeder bus to go back to my home...and wondering if its worth to invest this EC
