I bought from them and is very disappointing. Lousy light bulbs provided that blow out fast among other things. Will not go back to them.

Bought a wardrobe from them maybe 10 years ago. It is still usable but beginning to show its age, Not help also by me moving house and dismantling and assembling it again. Bought a computer table about 5 years ago, still good. However, when I visited them recently. I somehow feel that their furniture is not of same quality, Maybe just me,

This bring back some painful memories of a reno that I did some years back. Though I laugh at it now when I think back. Alhough I did not had it as bad as the experience stated by Yummygum. Some of my experience: - a simple 3 week reno became a 3 to 4 month long wait. - Illegal worker caught on my permise. - Marble floor defaced - Missing workers who disappear for days. - and so on. Just have to move on and file it as a learning experience.

Been using a granite sink for about 6 months. Don't recall any sratches. Was warned by hoe Kee staff that glass or cups is more easily broken if dropped in the sink. Wow...2K+ for a sink. I will be too afraid to wash any plates in it, Could not recall actual price paid for mine. Maybe 300 to 400.

How true...when I was looking for a ID mid last year. I was recommended to EI by a friend (not via internet). I came to this website and actually have to use the search mode to find any posting on them. Really surprised now to see them at the "front" of the forum when I visit here on and off. Anyway, after a terrible experience in my first renovation some years back. My main requirement for my search was for a responsible ID to do the job. And not so much their design ideas . (Not sure if this might seem strange to pple here). I must say that EI did deliver on their commitments. With the busy schedule that we had, EI ran the whole thing for us and did not give us any major unwelcomed surprises
