My plan is to over haul the whole unit :- 1. Demolish existing flooring & wall tiles @ living & dining, kitchen & toilets, bedrooms, balcony 2. Supply & lay homo floor tiles c/w skirting to living & dining, kitchen & toilets, bedrooms, balcony 3. Supply & lay homo wall tiles to kitchen & toilets 4. Construct false ceiling @ living & dining 5. Repainting the wall @ living & dining, bedrooms, balcony 6. Repainting the ceiling @ living & dining, kitchen & toilets, bedrooms, balcony 7. Construct full length & full height kitchen cabinets c/w solid worktop 8. Construct full length & full height built-in wardrobe @ bedrooms 9. Supply & install doors to bedrooms & toilets 10. Electrical installation 11. Sanitary & Plumbing works 12. Air-con system (Inverter System-3) 13. Furniture 14. Electrical appliances Remarks 1. Demolish existing gypsum board partition @ living & dining (not shown on floor plan) 2. Supply & install 4m long full height sliding glass door @ Balcony 3. Construct gypsum board partition c/w timber door @ store (removed by previous owner) 4. Demolish existing internal brickwall @ kitchen entrance & between master bedroom & bedroom

HDB will not be interested to entertain any dispute between seller & buyer cos u r not supposed to have any sub-agreement other than the OTP. Since there is no black & white regarding the extension of stay after 2nd appt, u must be prepared to take the risk.
