Hi I have move in to a 3 room resales flat at Tampines in Oct 08 which is almost two years. Then I did only a few things 1. A system 3 aircon for two bedrooms and the living rooom 2. Two instant water heaters 3. masterbed room toilet bowl After paying a high COV, I basically have to save up to the renovation. Because I am living in, I have to renovate my home in stages. Hi all Recently I purchased a 3 room resale flat. I want to do some renovation on the kitchen and common toilet. The work involves some hack and replace of wall tiles, remove of old cabinet and install of new cabinet maybe some wiring. Need help from you in recommending any contractor to do this renovation.
