My Pico Marine Tanks It has been a long time since the last post, I have a pico marines tank since the Aug 2011, it is a one feet cube tank. Enjoy the video.

I only cut the glass for the table top. I do not know whether the shop does the repair for the kitchen door. The shop is a famous shop for the aquarium tank maker, it is N30. They make good aquarium tanks. Beside the aquarium tank, they can cut different size of glass, somes are very low in iron which is used for tank front.

Someone ask where did I get the table from, it is from IKEA. The model is UDDEN. The height is high enough to put the washing machine under the table. However, you may need to remove the centre support bar at the legs so as the table is close to the wall. As for the black glass top, I customised cut it from a glass shop in Ang Mo Kio. It is about $100+ with a glass thickness of 10mm.

My First Marine Tanks Remember in the post #205 on the Washing Machine Table, I am re-arranging my living room, it is for this..... I have been keeping freshwater fishes since young, In the new house, I decided to try out marine fishes tanks beside the freshwater fish tanks. The experience gained from freshwater fish is put to good use, and the additional knowledge gained from marine fish is refreshing. This marine tank is about 4 month ago. As for the breakdown, I think it is not so good to give, this is my personnal view. Sorry, cannot help you on this. It is better for you to get some quotes to compare.

Washing Machine Table It have been some time since the last post, finally I find a suitable table with black glass top to put below the washing machine and also purchase a laundry bin from ikea. Only thing still looking is the suitable dinning table to replace the wooden cabinet position..... Hope to find it soon. Also to some re-arrangement on the living room, will post some another days.

Fish Shop - Sea View Aquarium One of the recommended fish shops is Sea View Aquarium (Singapore) Pte Ltd 2 Seletar West Farmway 2, Singapore 798098 Tel : 6482 0733 They give 15% discounts on aquarium accessories if the purchase more than $10. ‎They also give 10% discounts on aquarium fishes if the purchase on fishes more than $10. They only sell freshwater fish. Hope they sell both marine and freshwater fishes in the future. Only disadvantage is the location at Jalan Kayu, its location is a bit out of place, maybe need a car to go there or you need to walk about 100m from the main road Jalan Kayu.. Sea View location

2 tier 2 feet Fish Tanks Last few weeks, we are busy re-arranging the foyer area infront of the main door, we have removed the old cabinet and get a 2-tier 2 feets tanks. Cycled the tanks for 4 weeks before increasing the number of fishes in the tanks, the tanks are now mature with zero ammonia and zero nitrite. Top tank: Bottom tank:

The kitchen cabinet is laminated with EDL laminates, the color used is Gray Hugo from the Stardust series. It is grey in color with shinny silver things inside the laminate. Very lasting modern look with glossy surface. We decided not to use white because it need regular cleaning, very easy to sport dirty parts when it is not clean properly. Secondly, we cook quite offen, 4-5 times in a week for dinner, so cannot affort everyday cleaning like crazy. Offen the white laminate will turn yellowish because of oil stains.
