Hi there, Can anyone advise which avenue / authority i can go to with regards to water seeping thru my ceiling? This happened when my new nieghbour above my unit carry out renovation work to their new home...... I myself just renovated my house and still in the mist of moving in my things. Now all my new paint work are ruined very sad ... hope any bro/ sis here can advise. Many Thaks in advance...... Best Regards Omega
