L-Box Air-con trunking and ledge were boxed up nicely. And the end product (with painted walls) I'm very2 satisfied...

Master bedroom Before any reno work Walls: After plastering Walls felt soooo smooth. =D Air-con installation The air-con trunking and air-con ledge area really irritates me! As for the ledge, it was stated in my quotation that it will be boxed up. So that is not a prob at all. Initially I wanted to have the trunking closer to the ceiling but the air-con guy was against it and so is my fiance. They claimed that if there was a leakage, the walls would turn ugly. I had no choice but to have the trunking very close to the floor.. I was prepared to live with the ugly trunking.. However, Sean was soooo nice.. He told me that he will box that area up nicely FOC!!!

It's been a while since I last update on my reno progress... So far I'm satisfied with the workmanship although I have to keep in mind that nothing is perfect.. I would say the house is 60% to 70% complete. Mr K seems to be quite famous in this forum.. You can try askin for him but lately he has passed his projects to other IDs coz he's overloaded. I didn't specify any ID or even ask for Mr K coz I'm scared he won't be able to focus on my reno. I walked in and was served by Sean.. Personally, I'm impressed with his work style. Both fiance and I can click with him well and he's very understanding.. He responds to my enquiries quickly and always assures me. I'm very fussy and fickle minded.. Not many people can tolerate my character... So far, he has done a good job to assure me and when he says he will do it.. he sure does it.. And, best part, he always smiles.. Good service comes with a smile. My house is undergoing reno right now and so far, I'm happy with the workmanship.

Renovation works has already started since 14 Dec. Yesterday when I visited my unit, hacking of the whole unit has been completed. OVERVIEW: After visiting about 7 - 8 houses, my fiance and I finally settled on a 3A unit in Yishun. When we decided to buy the unit, we knew we had to change EVERYTHING. The whole unit is bare without kitchen cabinet or built-in wardrobe. The grilles, gate and doors were in their original conditions. And the wiring is a mess.. I hate to see the electrical tubing (or whateva u called it) running across the walls. My parents' place used to be in Sengkang and they had all the wiring concealed, something that might not be possible for old units. Sean, our ID was very accommodating and he gave good suggestions for our unit. Below is the first layout plan that he planned for us. Along the way, we made many changes. I used to have some skin problems.. My skin is dry around the cheeks area and that's wer my pimples usually popped! I started using B.Liv serum.. (rec by Xiaxue) I tink it's sumtin like "Off With The Head".. The serum lasted me several months and since then, my pimples never popped.. But sumtimes during menses, one of two pimples do pop out but it's not those huge type. I used that for a couple of yrs... Now, my only prob is to clear the acne marks.. I stopped using B.Liv and currently using Sheer Secret Placenta... I'm taking the supplements as well as the facial pdts.. Works well for me and I can see improvements to my acne scar... The cost of the pdts is quite steep.. But i guess still cheaper than SKII.. Since I don go for facials, i invested my money on Sheer Secret.

OMG!!! That TL deserves to be sacked! He's supposed to lead the tour and put others before him, not act as one of the tourists!! How selfish can he be??!! Moral of the story, if one has enough time to do research, it's best to go F&E and then make your own tour arrangements with the travel agents there.

I just got my keys last Mon.. Reno will start next week.. So far, I'm satisfied with my ID.. Very flexible, easy-going n honest. Hopefully all will be fine. Selecting tiles this weekend.

It's true.. tts wat my ID told me... My quote does not include GST coz I signed with them sumwer in Oct.. Some IDs do charge GST.. Frm my understanding, for some business, once u hit a certain amt of profits (eg: $1M), then u need to apply for GST.
