Hi angle butterfly, glad that there is someone who share the same taste as me! The kitchen floor tiles is from LSH @ $4 if i rem clearly... but i dont have the model number as i had already passed the quotation to my contractor but i can check with him and let you know again... The purpose of having an instant heater is because of safety measure for my kiddos... as the younger ones may not know how to adjust the water temperature and may result in scald if they turned it to the hottest... but if you dont have kids a storage heater is good cos can have rainshower! OPSH so far so good... and their price is quite reasonable... i only went to 2 pole system specialists and OPSH is the cheapest, will update the workmanship here after installation... where is your place? when starting reno?? hope to see your blog soon!

UPDATES! Day 12 of Reno: Went up after work yesterday evening... Kitchen Floor tiles done! Closer look on the kitchen floor tiles, still can't see the effect yet Drop-down for shower area for both toilets The seriously misaligned window in my living room Had emailed the pic to Alex, let's see what he can do to resolve this.... On a happier note, had confirmed my pole system layout with OPSH and installation will be on the 24th May. Was surprised to see Jason waiting for me at OPSH yesterday when i went down to finalise the layout I din know that he is coming but i'm glad that he came cos he helped me with the layout using his professional views else i will be following blindly what was being proposed

Oh you mean yours is white powder coated one? My current hse is oso white powder coated with black rubbers but the black rubber is quite thin not as thick as my new hse one...

Updates: Day 6 of Reno : Due to the long weekends, no works to be done So today, Jason flood in lotsa workers to get the things moving fast Hubby is on night shift so he went up to see see look look... False Ceiling and wiring work in progress By noon time, all the False Ceiling almost done! Gain City came to install aircon piping, look at the ugly piping due to that beam! I wonder if my no.1 contractor got any idea how we can camoflage that? The kitchen wall plastering also 7788
