No there wont be a kitchen work top. I ll be getting it directly from the supplier to install it. The tiles I can choose up to a maximum of $3.50psf. ID said he will refund me the excess if I choose a lower priced tile. Also for the kitchen cabinets, if actual measurement is less than quoted, he would also refund me the balance. Is this a fair deal?
