Thanks for the advise, kinda like a good idea Anyway, i think i will just do a walk in this thursday 19Aug to the contractors as kinda hard for me via email and phone cause this is my first time. I am thinking of visiting 5 contractor on thursday with my mother and we will chose to use 1 of them. Forumers please do advise me on your top 5 contractor you think is good with reasonable price Greatly appreciate the help and thank you in advance

Hi All, Am new to this forum. While searching for renovation for my new house i came across this forum. I like the type of design i see from the pic from Artrend Design Pte Ltd. The one with many many mirrors in the designer-porfolio tab. What is that type of design theme called? Modern? Can my 3room be done up that way? How much does it cost? My budget is only 15k to 25k tho.. Here is the floor plan. Floor Plan Help me~ First time buy house and renovating~
