Cockroach
vampire5 replied to aunty's topic in Moving House: Packing, Storing, Moving To Your New House
Based on experience in using 1) Pellet type of cockroach poison sold at NTUC ( again ) , their " dead bodies " can be found anywhere ( but you dunno where at times ) because it can be so effective. So many dried up roaches I see during spring cleaning... 2) Sticky pad type traps for roaches sold at NTUC, - must check and clear asap, if not , I usually find their legs there only 3) Comat or "Wipeout" works okay for me only. The pests at my area do not fall for this one, or maybe food leftovers are more attempting..Not sure why.. Per one of the forumer, it is best to clear all food bins ( no overnight ) and restrict eating at one area only and remember to really clean up. Just my two cents based on my on-going fight with roaches and lizards. It's all about Food , at the end of the day -
Exactly. I second to that. Just check out the link , or simply do a google search .... like dat also can,hahaha... One thing for sure, the person somehow is trying to drive traffic to the mentioned website.. haiz... http://www.google.com.sg/search?client=fir...G=Google+Search

Lizard Problem- Help!
vampire5 replied to eiffel76's topic in Moving House: Packing, Storing, Moving To Your New House
Not sure if lizards eat Kimchi , but I personally vouch that they may take fresh green vegetables dropped on the kitchen floor ,out of desperation - why i say that ? BCos that is how I know I have house lizards , when I saw one lizard grabbing a green vege stalk and rushed back under my Fridge ... I was doing work on my laptop and that lizard tot no one is around... Yah lah , I thought I will pick that up later and throw away when I make time.. you see... Then my silly idea came - as I tried to use those leftover cockroach sticky pad ( from NTUC ) to trap that lizard one afternoon and within 2mins , that lizard actually dragged the whole trap beneath my Fridge.. that is meant for cockroach, you see... I only used a few grains of overnight white rice.. wow.. so that lizard detected it so fast. Thanks to a long metal ruler ( yikes ) and the sticky pad I dragged that fellow out easily beneath the fridge ... cheers! -
Cockroach

Not only that.. Notice that you will have less cockroaches , if you clear all food rubbish before going to sleep ( err... before lights out ) and ensure all food containers are sealed up. Like rats, these fellows exist even before we did.. and have survived till today, so getting rid of them 100% is almost impossible, if you have food lying around for their access. They are so smart and will not come very near if you have no food or less food. Plus chances that cockroaches will not lay eggs in your house too.. Even those tiny little biscuit crumbs not invisible to us and that we cannot feel it , it will still "invite them over " Yes, they climb walls and come in through the open windows ( I caught one unlucky one in broad daylight before, arghhh... Remember they have powerful sensory feelers -
wOW, can someone try to post some other paint job review for ah seng. I see so many asked for his contact. Need to know, please and thanks in advance!

Just avoid Kronofix - I got it thru Lumiera Furniture Pte Ltd at Furniture Mall about two years back ( yeah, not so helpful after getting the sale , you see ) . And since I had a hard time getting that silly so call warranty document from Lumiera Furniture Pte Ltd ( another tough company to deal with ) on my laminated flooring , therefore Kronofix is making things for me to ask for help on some issues. I will not hesitate to write a blog and post at all the forum about what happened. The product is okay , but not that fantastic - LF board should be from Germany.. I will update my blog website address .. once i find time to write My Fanco ceiling fan is great so far , bcos the supplier that I have found from this forum is quite good and I hope he has good after sales service too... please let me know what other better options out there, the next time I need LF type .. Just wanna to share some personal experience with the two companies.. Thanks for reading A set-up customer with above two companies. I still remember their bad service.

hi the Lumiera Wardrobeis not bad . Still surviving. But you better scout ard. the sliding is real smooth after 2 years. i push too hard at times and slammed real hard. as for the package on the flooring, i took it up an regretted ( can get cheaper , google it to do direct to main supplier ) also they did not bother to give me the cert for the flooring after so many years.. i will avoid that shop at Furniture mall
