410b is next to minds, right infront of coral vale. My unit nt facing any scenery but 410c n 411a units.... For other views will need to take keys then know... Ya centre panel is fixed there de cannot be open, remOved or replaced...

hmm coz when i was checking with BSC a couple of weeks back, the lady told me that my blk, 410b, will estimate to be ready only in april. secondly, considering 410a, takes around 2 months for distribution of keys... by the time for the last blk to take keys *sigh* oh well btw, gotten any news when to take keys? are u starting ur reno right after keys collection?

im from 410B. still a loonnngg way to keys collection. so now hubby and me taking our own sweet time to look look see see =D

if we were to retain sofa ( simple simple) with tv..... it looks a little cramp.

both hubby and me tot of putting a pool table in the living room... do u think it is feasible? not those standard type though... it will be a dining cum pool table -> convertable http://www.fusiontables.com/en/ but to place in the living room.... we are likely to sacrifice on sofa, etc.. turning the living room into a chill' out area. but will a kid around.... dunno our idea will work out or not.

Layout 2. excluding theme. Master b/room remains much the same.. Not hacking walls in between M b/r and b/r 3. b/r 3 is reserved for my future #2 =) So decided to be more conservative and stay with 3 rooms layout. room 2 will be for my gal. Will place the bed in this way to be more spacious for that room. provided can find a bed to fit that corner =X living/dining ard the same.... just that added some mirrors. but likely to be changes Kitchen same... Service yard, will be installing windows and maybe taking out the bi foldable door ...

yah lor.. currently im staying with my MIL. So all my barangs + baby's stuff all at my mum's. But my parents shifting already... So looking for space before my new place is ready.

thanks chaorui =) cozwant to prep all early, once get keys can chopchop reno, chopchop move in =X hi15may.. hmm actually been a silent reader on ur house reno in renotalk as well as in sk.com. *claplcap* really like ur place!! hehe can say that u spurred on me to start the tblog earlier then i expected! lol anyway.. somehow i prefer fv colours, compared to cs. dunnno leh i feel that yellow (current colour) will be easily 'stained' over the long run compared to green. our layout is the old school type. the layout follows the previous coral green (previous BTO on same plot of land replaced by cs ). so dun have 3qtr windows, etc. on the whole, less 'glassy' compared to fv and fv2(condo look). Less glass, means visually our place look smaller. but, old sch layout more space efficient in the way - we dun have the 'walkway' to the rooms(compared to new layouts).. so living room kind of bigger.
