Doing house chores only is a lurcuxy to domoestic helper. ( I respect them) BUt most of the time people enage them for child/elderly care which needed patient. You see they changed when it come to this type of situation. Of course not all are bad. i do have helper that loves children.

AMK is a good area as there is only limited EM there, Bishan... abundanance man. I go for AMK in this case.... Normally EM is less than 10 storey high and floor area is at lease 140+ SQM. Low plot ratio. So Looking for soemthing like that.....

Out of my way.... AMK, Bradell, Bishan is a better location 4 me.
