Hi Guys, Some updates today Need your genuine opinion on the false ceiling.. Please let me know what do you think about the lightings? Found anything wrong or weird looking? (paint job not completely done yet thou) Any feedback is appreciated Now I am thinking the round down light looks abit too big for the house (at first i wanted the smaller one but the sales person kept saying this one is better).. also the silver rim looks abit old sch..sigh bad choice wonder if i should replace with other lighting or just spray paint the outer rim to white color so it wont look so obvious Living Room False Ceiling angle 1 angle 2

Hi Newnyew, i went to your blog but can't view any pics.. you uploaded the pics to flickr right? its no longer available i think? you are right, i think its good to have a machine that can dispense hot and cold water.. there is this new Novita machine that can dispense hot and cold water.. not too sure if its reliable.. will continue to do research, best no plumbing work required as for reno handover, contractor commented end NOV but most likely wont happen.. anyway also good for me at least i can pay contractor slowly too many things to pay.. going broke LOL

Hi Yuene, Thanks alot! Congrats to you too! Please post more pictures if you have.. By the way, I am using Edm*nd too I am not selling for Sanctuary Di*n. They are slightly pricey compared to Cell*ni and they are using solid material like nyatoh wood and nice fabric but no warranty. They can customize designer lookalike furniture... just need to provide them pictures will do.. maybe you can drop by their show room next time

Hi newnyew, thanks alot! I saw the hyflux machine on display and it's is pretty huge .. Didn't get a chance to speak to the sales person.. How much water can the machine produce? I was really amazed that it can convert water from moisture .. So was keen in getting one.. Now that you mentioned this I got to think twice.. Heee I got the turbo hob during the warehouse sales.. 100 off retail price ($898) You will need to install 30amp electrical point for this hob before cabinet installation.. Keep alook out on sat's straits time advertisement for warehouse sales The bad thing is it uses alot of electricity and electricity bill can be costly if you do heavy cooking

hi ahhnam are you referring to cost of led bulb or full set with fixture? i gotten the optiled 3 x 1 w warm led bulb during the island wide promotion i am not too sure if its bright enough.. contractor have yet to install the lighting.. i will take pics for you once its installed IMO, i think its not bright enough to light up whole room .. more like ambience lighting

hi thx1138 nice to know someone staying in RV i admit the design of window is abit scr*wy my contractor removed the former window .. squeeze thru the compressor then replace with new window .. need to apply for permit thou..the h*b technical officer only approved window complying to original design & color ...if you need more details pm me the trunking will go thru the top glass panel .. and will be covered by gypsum board hence, there is no need to drill any hole on the wall
