let me tell u my ac saga.. i told my con i wanted mitsubishi inverter.. told him maybe cannot go thru window.. he said ask sub con to see & confirm.. the sub con came n confirmed ac can go thru then the ac came.. con called me one fine day ac cannot go thru .. then asked us how? we were like wtf, i tot your subcon confirmed can go thru??? somemore cannot exchange or return.. then we suggested change window lor.. we pay for the new window and labor charges lor.. subcon applied permit but H*b dilly dally at first got rejected ..h*b dont want to give any reason .. then con asked me to chase h*b cos if permit not approve they will halt reno until approve and con asked me to chase h*b on permit.. cos con said owner chase more effective..everything throw back to me i kept calling and calling and writing to h*b lor .. in the end waited 2-3 weeks then approved *vomit blood*

thanks may dream maybe you can get quotations from contractors for comparison? contractor's pricing is usually rather reasonable, they can do a good job as well i got the sun control film from jestac, will pm you the price. mine is mid range though and its reflective.. think w/o the film the house looks brighter but we really can't stand the heat sometimes so decided to put up the films

Hihi january thanks for your kind words.. dont worry your house will look even better once everything is up mine is just normal false ceiling.. contractor cut 3 holes and fit in the led fixture.. the black thingy is just black paint there are clips at the sides to hold the fixture on the false ceiling.. if you want i can take upclose pics for you this weekend fixture pic
