So how much for a blum with blumotion (soft closing) cost per hinge? Coz I was qouted $10 per hinge for irex soft closing hinges by my contractor. If Blum is cheaper will use then.

Hi, Need help, I intend to buy a pull out tall pantry unit from hoe kee or any other shop (height of a fridge). When I saw the one displayed in my contractor shop his was flimsy and do not look strong. The one I saw at hoe kee look stable and better quality built than my contractor's displayed unit. My contractor quote me $480 for his unit and the one at hoe kee was about $500 (haven't discount). So I conclude for $20 more dollars I could get a better unit. When I told my contractor he said if I buy from out side he has to charge installation fees for it. Is it true?

And last question for the counter top do you feel if whole is granite better of or for me just sink area granite tiles as mine my sink support is concrete. Hi all, Really appreciate if anyone can help me out. I'm having difficulty choosing the cabinet colour for my kitchen, kitchen floor tile is grey, wall tile is white with some chocalate tone to it, counter top is black galaxy granite. Really having a headace choosing one. In one hand I feel glossy grey will look good and have modern feel to it. But the other me wanna the cabinet to have kinda woody beach laminate. But I feel it doesn't go with the counter top and tiles chosen Another problem is with the sink support area. I've decided to use concrete sink support for my mum cooking sake. But here comes the problem, I've decided to use black galaxy granite for the counter top, as my cabinet will be L shape, I kinda feel that cutting up the hole for the kitchen sink will be kinda waste of money. My contractor advice me for the sink are no need to put granite top, instead just use black galaxy tile for sink support top and side. But I feel that the colour will look nice but just that I can't just can accept that there will be the gap which is created by the tiling process on the sink support in between the granite top and granite tile. But this will solve the problem for side tile for the sink support. But I feel if I choose the whole top to be black galaxy granite, the side wall is either black galaxy tile or the wall tile. Really would appreciate if all the bro and sis can give their opinion. Thanx in a million.
