Neighbours... Im definately not a techincal person. However my contractor is gonna charge me if he is fixing it for me as his is also outsourced. Hence thought of getting a lock smith to do it. But also need abt $80/pc for the lock n labor, total have to do 3. All in all $240. Reasonable?

Hi Sunnytan31, Nice place you've got.. Im also shifting into JW, however it will be at 65x. Through ur recommendation, ive went down to Gek poh shopping centre to look look see see at the lever lock. Did you install the lock yourself or get your contractor to do it?

weeson, that's right. Wat's the point of hiring IDs when they behave like contractors. Those that i've spoken to, when i told them that i've a budget of $25 to $28k. They dun even bother to send u their quotes. Some even said that ur proj is too small for us to handle... "Click" is the word. Most of the time when price is the main concern, u may not end up with one with the lowest price. Usually with one tat you feel most comfortable with. Hope you had found an ID that u r comfortable with.

Yes i would agree that their furnitures would be one of the cheapest in IFC. Have bought my marble dinning table from them and was served by their operation IC. Service wise is good hopefully after service wld be thumbs up as well...

I've spoken to so many designers from diff firms and am comfortable with G-Plan. So far he is not pushy and my FH is comfortable with him as he throw in alot of ideas. Hv not seen their works but will be going down to one of their renovating flat in Bedok to take a look.

I've spoken to Simon previously.. But the impression that i've gotten from Innerview is that they are like not really keen in your biz. The attitude & first impression that both my FH and i gotten is like bo chap.. they dun throw in ideas at all

We are talking about the same Alan. Can share wat are the services that you are asking him to do and the quotes for it? I think we have to PM each other ... It will be a good start if you find that your ID is reliable.. When will ur reno start?
