OK, my feedback but do consider the factor that I am not those who is super 'meow' type: after renovation done since last year sept 2012, I have received a 2 yr warranty cert but I was told that it was for carpentry work only. over all my impression is: 1) carpentry work is good 2) painting work not so good 3) electrical work so so 4) after sale service is good maybe those which need improvement are the sub contractors where the control need to be tight. During the one year where there are some problems, they are solved fast. so no complain so far for my case. Overall satisfied with the service. this is my impression after one year with aftersales service to make it more thorough review as aftersales svc is important too...

report the agent to CEA...agent does not know anything hard to believe...

I think every ID has their strength and weaknesses...observe the renovation progress carefully and will be able to tell their strong and weak points as renovation is a whole process not only involving ID itself which is the primary but also involving some services provided by their partners...enjoy yr reno..

Oh..so did u use the air con contractor they recommended? I think the market is flooded with many air con contractors now...competition is stiff...

hi all, got lobang on wall paper after bro told me he is going to buy me wall paper as a gift for home. went with him to the showroom to select the wall paper style n color, the promotion pricing of wall paper is $288 (buy one get one free) including installation..all ex stock(korean and italy wall papers) galore to choose from..all at $288 buy one get one free includ installation, finally buy 2(get 4 in total) and bro foot the bill at $576 LOL ) thanks to bro for the gift n lobang.. details : wall papers bought are two korean wall paper (3mX4m for each wall installed) bought at $576 FRee two wall papers , select one italy made(3mX4m ) and one for kid room a korean wall paper(3m X 4m) best of all,no GST needed (heard the sales say this is one of thier sub company..)

Heard from some FSM that pixui may not be effective or not effective at all.. I have also heard that a pixui that is placed on top of crystals of different colors, the qty of crystals to be determined by your weight of your 'birth date'. the pixui is to be placed on top of the crystals together in the bottle..it is said to be enhancing luck and add more' weight'if the weight is too light of your birth date, heard this from a popular FSM(at HDB hub)...anyone heard of this before?

Different opinions were given so far. they are : facing balcony, putting it in your bedroom wardrobe, chaiwei not recommended, pixui no use in FS..these are some opinions being voiced ..

FSM asks u to do so? wow not easy

u are rite, I have not heard of anyone who has good fengshui house, and everyday just stay at home no need to work and expect money to fall from the sky...

I think it is better to ask FSM on this...it cost less than S$200 with complete analysis on the auspicious direction and your bazi whether it suits the place u bought..

I think no harm getting a 2nd opinion...u can get it done less than S$200 for unit auspicious direction checking. Usually I think should start finding the unit with auspicious direction that suits u as mentioned, with the unit selection, than renvoation wise can start at a later date after the floorplan FSM audit, reason being renovation can help to change internal of the unit(but to certain extent only, if yr toilet at centre of house, than cannot change la )and the the direction of the unit cannot be changed when u decide to buy the place. having said that, if u feel u like the house when u step in, most probably the house may suit u best. For me, my FS advises me to select unit with certain direction, but when we saw a unit we like and feel good in it without being the best direction as FS advises, we still go ahead and buy it anyway LOL )
