Is hard to predict u can save how much each days, mths, or yrs cos evrything keep changing n things is getting more n more ex... So just try not to spend on unneccessay things like luxury items n etc tat not for use... remember.. Money always will not enough in future cos we dunno how e society n things going to change abruptly...

Hi.. i always take photos on any of e items watever i place a deposit... n double -confirm e items n models, colour n etc many times with e seller.. N i will tell them firmly if anything tat is not wat i had seen on wat exactly wat i wanted.. i will not accept e goods even though u they have deliver to my hse... i definitely will scream n yell at them.. they think we are too free to handle such a stupid mistake cause by them....!! think of it makes buyers BLOOD BOIL... Hope every1 buiyng things to be more cautious n details checking.. take time to verify with e seller n their attitude plays apart...

im using downlights for my living room, dinning area... so far so good... those 10W 2 pin tube bulb tat cost $3.3 each.. i have been using it to coming 4 yrs.. only change 2-3 times during this 4 yrs.. energy quite efficient also... so i got 30 pcs of 2 pin 10W bulbs in my whole living area cum dinning area... very biright i must say... cost les n easy to change n maintain...

Hi.. i only heard if any bedrooms tat faces directly toilet will be bad. other tat i think u would like to consult experience FSM if u experience any bad happening for u or family... act fast n resolve e problem quickly rather than is too late... just my 2 cents.. hope this helps....

Hi.. im also praying Goddess of Mercy... it depends which culture u in...? like eg.. if u are a praying buddhism.. is like very simple 1 small cup of plain water beside all e time... during chu 1 and 15th.. mo li hua, n a plate of fruits will do. in chinese calendar 3yue 19th, 6yue 19th n finally 9yue 19th need to pray cos goddess of birthday or big days... n as for incense burning use coil type for buddhism... but remember if u are praying buddhism for goddess of mercy.. every chu 1 n 15th all vegetarian unless u are praying for non veg god...

correction.. bought it 3 yrs back at courts at $2099 only e mattress alone ... yes latex n memory foam.. afterall is good n comfy.. However seahorse mattress is quite durable at e budget price nowadays.. can say their technology n quality is always new for buyer. if have $$ y not go for a good material mattress..eg, Like u pay wat u get.. hehe... can last u for more than 10 or 20 yrs or above.. just my humble point of view... : )
