Wanted to level up the balcony of my massionette but contractor says HDB does not allowed anymore. Anyone manage to get HDB's approval to do so recently? How about the light weight concrete that AstridOne mentioned above? Anyone has additional info on that or managed to do it using other materials approved by HDB? Do share or advise. Thanks!
