Hey guys, I was browsing online and came across some cheap CCTV systems. Was thinking of installing one, anyone knows who can i hire to install such a system, assuming i buy the system overseas?

Got for those instant gas heater. saves money and time. very highly reccomend it. Has stove gas heater gas oven and gas dryer. The best thing one can get in HDB. Now that i moved out of HDB i very much miss piped gas. so convenient.

Everything has been given away/thrown out. From this give away experience, i gather that there are alot of ugly people out there. Thanks to those who were kind enough to reciprocate the kindness with kindness, such as coming on time, being polite and even giving a small token of appreciation albeit unnecessary. No thanks to others who i shall refrain from naming and shaming, who asked tons of questions/addition details and made additional demands for some thing that is FREE and then left me high and dry. Shame on you. You know who you are.

I have a 4 seater solid wood dining table to be given away for free. Do not that it is only the table that is being given away, no chairs. Table Measures 120cmx79cm Also giving away a 2 month old sofa bed (with legs. picture depicts it with legs removed for easier transportation. Sofa Measures 183cmx112cm (flat as bed) and 183cmx73cm (up as sofa) Please arrange own transport. Location is at Macpherson. Honestly, if you have the option now when you are renovating your place, run Lan cables. The speed diff is very significant and wif in landed really is horrible. I am in a 2 storey landed which i consider small, OpenNet connected behind my TV console, hidden in a small storage compartment. I complained to starhub and their answer which i have no doubt, was the hardware that was giving issues. So i went out and bought top of the range Wifi router for close to 400 bux and thought it would fix it, but it didn't. i have crap speed and wifi reception in my bedroom on the second floor. Am thinking of converting my old router into a repeater but i have no idea hour to do it. Does anyone know?

It's interesting to see that the lower quantum sum game has penetrated the landed market. In the past smaller land plots are often ignored but with quantums silently creeping up over the last year (note that these were not publicised in the papers), is landed the new property 'investor' (punter)'s market?
