At the meanwhile, planning of replace my 2 existing water heater, and will need contractor to install for me (already bought the water heaters myself). Does anyone know any reliable electrical contractor my water heater installation + a few new power point + kitchen wiring relocation? Thanks.

Got this quotation from them: Panasonic (Model : CU3S27KKZ, 26k BTU) Pricing : $2859 (with 5 yrs extended warranty) Mitsubishi (Model : MXY3A28VA, 26k BTU) Pricing : $2919 (with 5 yrs extended warranty) Hitachi (Model : RAM65Q8, 22k BTU) Pricing : $2799 (with 5 yrs extended warranty) Dunno which brand to choose? Panasonic or Mitsubishi? Is the price quoted reasonable? What type of insulation Gain City normally provides?

Just curious. For PUB Gas, Electricity & Water, could we get the ownership transfer to buyer and get them connected on the following day? Any deposit we will have to place upfront?

I am the buyer and when I visited my future unit lately after the 1st appointment, found out that the HDB inspection marked a leakage at my unit. Is my seller suppose to get the defect repairs before handing over the unit to me? Or I'll need to pay HDB to get it repair after the unit is handing over to me?

I'm planning of buying new water heaters for my unit. May I know whether I'll need to get water heater with built-in pump features or merely the normal water heater will do? Not sure how the water pressure will be look like for HDB in Singapore. Is it good?
