hi there, I used Square Room for my prvious flat, overall ok with the salesperson's service, however find that their work & quality is not as good. I pay 30K for doing a "no design" home, i only did those consider the most basic that a house should have. Very very X!!!! ( I dun even have cornis okie... ) Nothing about design. Paints starts to crack, faulty lightings ( downlights ) etc... Currently looking for ID to do my 2nd home, I will not go back to them... cos was a newbie the other time on doing reno and believe the person have ketot us alot for being dumb dumbs on reno.

Jo77, Usually i heard is carpentary & flooring will be the costly items... i am also going to reno my 5rm, however yet to get hold of a quote yet, so sad... Perhaps you see if any experts here can gie you good advise ba... all the best for ur reno!!!
