I didnt look closely at the styrofoam as i was busy looking for scratches and dent in the bowl itself. Now that the contractor has opened it the strofoam would obviously have been damaged. The dent itself looks deep enough not to have been easily caused by a simple knock. I suspect it might be a factory defect as well but the distributor has insist that they check every piece of sink that comes in before being sent out. What can i do as a re-course now that its been fully paid for?
