Meanwhile, all my lights have arrived all 22 downlights taken out, inspected, cleaned and loaded with 14W genie tubes...baton lights for cove lights, UFO-shaped ecomoods pendant dining lights and decotwist for utility room Looks similar to any other downlights, but with a ceramic E27 lamp-base for durability, as well as PLL tubes with built-in electronic ballast for flicker-free startup... ...plus shiny anodized reflector surface that would outperform any 18W PLC in terms of projected light output...

  7. Bro, I tried finding info on how to clean the internals. As all fans draw in dust, much like a vacuum cleaner. Their web nv say anything about cleaning the internals…

Things bought today on top of the Blum runners... 3" stainless steel magnetic door stopper.... solid quality that has a very strong magnet (similar to those hard disk magnets)... from left to right, stopper, wall attachment, spring-loaded magnetic catch the base of stopper...thick base
  10. as copper prices are very exp now, so i believe that is standard items... but please tell ur plumber to use stainless steel screws in the wet areas, as normal screws will rust (next time cannot take out)

Bought Blum runner tracks today for my carpenter to pick up....as my dish rack will have glass door, i was looking at the aventos HL liftgear but found that the price is quite steep even after discount, so decided to use hydraulic telescopic arm 4 pairs of 20" tracks, (one set taken away by carpenter last week to test-fit) and 2 pairs of 14" for my TV console...

  15. Can do that, but won't last long... tiling onto timber surface is not recommended, as tiles will fall apart after some time.... if wanna do that, might as well use laminate better.
  16. Popped by again.... MCB is up...using clipsal vivace series of switches... ... compared to MK the clicking sound is less harsh and more meaty, very satisfying click.....
  17. Yes, one way is to get sitoca roller base to heighten the wm. Another way is to cut the pipe to flush with the flooring lor…
  18. That's the kitchen sink drainpipe…wm drainpipe is behind the wall…also it's high, so yes, need to cut away excess height also.

  21. Plumbing done today...from outside water piping redone to run from top... Quite a bunch of mess in the kitchen, but will be boxed up by cabinets
