The last 2 areas that is in my reno project. These 2 areas are another excellent artpiece from my ID. If you notice the black partition on top of the TV wall feature is actually connected all the way to the Altar. Isnt this something special? Right now, am really excited as tomorrow will be my key collection at HDB office. Plus i need to check defects which is another stress to me also. I hope we don't have any much defects to rectify and can start the reno as per scheduled on the 27th April. Living Room Altar with feature wall

Honestly i feel the most important areas in a house would be the bathrooms, my highest expectation so far in my entire new place. The common bathroom is designed in such a way that there's a bit of resort feel in it cos of the laminate that i choose for the vanity. But still retain the modern contemporary touch. Common Bathroom The vanity cabinet idea for the Master Bathroom was from myself and hubby. To have the open concept cabinets for us to put our towels, etc, just like hotels. Love it to the max! Master Bathroom

Put a tempered glass backing like the ones in my photos lor. If budget constraint, use wall panels from Ikea one. You can change colours if u want to, perhaps every 2-3years.

Next 3D design, Kitchen. This is the area where i will be doing my cooking. Baking is not my forte thus din opt for any built in oven. The laminates are in champagne colour, and granite top is black galaxy.

Put ur sink near towards the wall lor. Then stove opposite one put slightly in the middle? That's how my 3d is for kitchen.

Perhaps don place directly opp although they are not at the same place?

wow! kinda of scary. But hor, footprint's also got the aircon from this place, and i went to see the overall layout. but never see such serious case as urs leh. hers are done very nicely. i think i better made sure my ID dont walk away till everything is done. Risky leh...
