Your floor plan is exactly like mine.... is indeed smaller compare to the resales one. If ur reno can do miracle, im sure it wont look that bad.... Congrats! Keep updating so i could learn from ur experience. =)

Hi! i think there's no 'peanuts' business in their perspective. Mike knows i'm not looking at a big renovation budget and he's open to suggestion and also advise me accordingly what will be the better option when doing a certain area of the flat. Perhaps the staff you talked to has given u an impression of that make u misunderstood. but then comes again, first impression is really impt. and im happy to have shortlisted Baroque as one of the ID for my new flat. =)

Lucky my family and my ILs are not so "eldery" in such a way. Praying to buddha/god is by how much sincerity we can offer to them and not by looking at the material we can provide to them. There is not such a way to measure one's life for being always in a luck. Of cos, nobody wants to being caught in whatever difficult situations or problems they have. But that all comes to one self practice and the way one manage. Is all in the mindset that leads to superstitious. Anyway thanks for sharing, might have to standby for a altar table if the elders give too much comments. But i hope they will not cos after all is my new place not theirs.
