Hi hi My seller also asked me to let them stay in the house for 3 weeks. But I very nice la..did not take any rent money from them. The seller agent called me one day and told me I am very nice. And this type of buyer very hard to come by.hahaha. Did you take rent money from them? Just curious.

Oh Yea, did you change your windows? They look great!! If they were left previously by the last owner, den you very heng. I forgot to consider all this into the COV, my house also need a brand new set of windows, thats about 3k already without the grilles. And the owner had rock spray on ALL their walls, including bedroom, I had to plaster the whole house at another 2k. And they did not have fire rated door...another 1.5k out.... kookoos lor...now we know. So guys, before buying the house you really like, check for all this. Could have made you consider twice or haggle more on the COV part... heeee

You using heater? I heard heater not enough for rainshowers. Since I have 2 kiddos and a maid, and 2 rainshowers, loads of IDs ask me to go for 35l water tank. Means city gas do not support water tank right, only instant heater hor...blur

We took the risk of revaluating the flat after we paid the $5k deposit. 2 weeks later, the report came out 426k, Means I saved 6k on my COV You can consider this action if you are pretty tight on cash. IF you stay near JB, u can get diapers or groceries there which is cheaper. I do that every weekend, cuz i stay in Bt Panj. I save about $30 every week, inclusive of petrol. Very worth it.

Nowadays seller always want to extend, I also agreed to extend 2 weeks... What to do, have to give in. Otherwise they wun agree to OTP. I paid my COV at a discount of 17k.
