  1. this model looks gd, but is **** expensive (made in Japan, though) :dribble: My wife and I settled for the Sharp AX-1300 instead, similar specs and about half the price.... haven tried the baking functions yet, so tentatively unable to share our comments about our model... other then the price being a deterrent factor in us buying this, we were also told that the steam used by the NN SV-30 is done by 'microwaving' the water ... whereas the AX-1300 is using normal steam.... the impression that the steam is 'cleaner' and more 'healthy' in the Sharp model was what swayed us over.
  2. hi angelbuttefly, you are interesed in the queen or king sized mattress ?? y not you head down to the showroom to take a look and try it out first ? I think you have to try the bed out to have a rough feel as to whether the mattress fits your comfort or not ....
  3. yup i got it, got a king sized one (Model IF-538, if im not wrong) and another queen sized one. Got the queen sized one cos we will be leaving the king sized bed untouched until we go through our customary wedding in Jan 2012. Have to do the 'An Chuang' and the whatnots... the queen bed i got was an average speced one, but feels pretty good so far.... :good:
  4. my fiance is currently using the Novita garment steamer too, bought from Best Denki @ Vivocity. so far so gd...
  5. I would also like to mention that this bedding brand is carried exclusively by OM. Saw the shop n bed at IMM and was impressed by the specifications and the features ... only thing I'm unsure of is the reliability ... anyone has comments, about the bedding brand and OM itself ?
  6. hi forceguy, can you PM me the contact too? just bought my resale flat and air conditioning is a 'must-have' for me....
  7. Hi, Came across a brand of mattress called Isaiah Mattress, apprently an Italian brand who makes organic mattresses, with organic materials (silk and cotton) and claims that they do not use polyester at all. Fiance and I liked the fact that the mattress comes with bamboo charcoal components, as we know the gd features that accompanies, like negative ions, deodorize, etc etc. Has anyone used a mattress which has bamboo charcoal components as well? Another example which I know has this is the King Koil Black Diamond series.... Do let me know of your feeback .... Anyway, the website for the Isaiah Mattress is here: www.wakeupbeautiful.com.sg Thanks!
  8. yeah I would like to know of any feedback too, i just bought my bed and bed frame from OM at IMM.... pls share of the feedback you have!
  9. hi all, after reading so many posts on RT, I would like to also add my comments. When you mentioned anti-bed bugs, I presumed that you are looking at mattresses with anti dust mites feature. From what I know (after speaking to a mattress promoter), most mattresses which has the anti - dust mites feature are chemically treated with some chemical which is really anti dust mites, but this chemical only lasts about 6 months. If you want your mattress to continue to be anti-dust mite, you have to re-treat your mattress with the chemical again, which I think no one does. Pls correct me if I'm wrong in any way.
