well said....for me, digital lock falls under 'why pay more' category =)
-
For me, wats the point to have another physical key to your 'keyless' lock ?? ur better off with a normal key & lock set.... Yes, granted, its for overwrite purpose but to be frank, will you EVER have the chance to use it ?? If its a keyless lock i'm buying, then why do i have to carry an overwrite key for the next 5-10 yrs in fear of lock malfunction ?? Best still, wat if u lose the overwrite key, will you not compromise the entire lockset ?? korea is a huge market and since Gateman is a dominant player there, dont you tink their product are safe enuff ?? wats up with the slightly bigger mortise ?? safer ?? if yes, how much more as compared to Gateman?? are there figues to prove or its more like a sales pitch ?? and is it worth it to pay much more since the 'cheaper' version is more than enuff to keep potential perpetrator at bay ?? PSB tested ?? good, but compared to the millions of Gateman users in Korea, sad to say, PSB certification just does not stack up....

Ok, I jus saw your posting in other thread. Allow me to clarify by saying that wen i got my KG set, the sales guy never mentioned its a full italian set, i.e. design, fabricate, export in and from italy. They do have full italian set but its under 'Calia Italia', another premium brand they brought in. Those set are easily in excess of $10K- $15K and some over $30K. The only 'italian' thingy the sales guy mentioned to me was where the leather was produced (i.e. italian tanneries), thats all. No misrepresentation of sorts involved.....if tats what you are insinuating.

Yupz.....did I mentioned otherwise ?

No offence but the TV console is a cleaning nightmare imho. The underneath is big enuff to be seen but with all the steelrods here and there, makes it nearly impossible to dust / sweep.....peace out -
Tks From my given quote, Feature wall is abt $6300 and console is abt $1300. Quote is from an ID and i'm sure its much cheaper if you were to get a contractor instead. As for the dinning chair, its a very common design available in many other furniture shops. But if u really need direction, I got mine at Hommage Trading at Tai Thong Cresent

Hi, as mentioned, am not technically inclined and i'm quite sure i cant differentiate the sound difference btw 2 amps Moreover, I din really get a chance to pair up our speakers to different amp. I sort of like did my homework online and went for it. Matter of fact, I din even pair up my KEF to 608 to perform any audition !! Reasons I choose 608 are predominantly due to: within budget + relatively new model + tons of good review online and I thought to myself I could not be too wrong by getting this (608), hence I went for it. I got my 608 from Alpha Audio for $730 (went to a few shops and tat was the cheapest then). I got my KEF from Kelvin as well. He just came over to my place to perform the calibration just last week. IMHO, he failed to impress me on his technical knowledge and know-how. Yes, he is an earnest individual and did some stuffz to my syst but you can sense an individual is pretty much half-baked after conversing with them for sometime, even though I may be a noob and have no knowledge to begin with.... if u get my drift Kelvin did have some small difficulty when he was fiddling with my amp controller. He somewhat gave me the feeling that he is unfamiliar with my amp, or for that matter, onkyo ...... Hmzzzz Bro vicenzo70, I'm trying my luck here (pls do not feel obligated), am wondering if you could drop by my place and help me with your expert opinion ?? I somewhat feel the potential of the syst is not maximized ?? But then again, since i'm a noob, I could be very wrong ya Or you can direct me with calibration figures of what you think is generally acceptable. I understand diff individual have diff needs and expectation but since I have no experience / knowledge to begin with, as well as a basis for comparision, i'm pretty much open to any inputs

A couple of shots of my kitchen. Nothing was done for the kitchen as it was all done up by the developer. Only thing we need to do is to get those kitchen electrical appliances. Entrance view + bomb shelter pic

Agreed....Though we din get the chance to use any wallpaper from my current ID, wen we were discussing with William back then, he did proposed some wallpaper which are quite subtle. Our decision then was never to take those that are too subtle cos it will be like spending good $$ on wallpaper that will eventually look like a painted wall instead

I really cant see the big draw of this fan....Wow factor ?? bladeless ?? yes, but is it tat crucial? and its not even powerful at all !! if its for the pure sake of novelty, coupled with the exorbitant price, I really tink can forget abt it....and as mentioned, how to clean ?? But then again, who am i to stop you guys from throwing away ur hard earn $$ into the drain ?!?! I apologise for my ranting..... Peace out.....

No worries. I shd count myself lucky then cos i'm their repeat customer recently, from 6yrs back, and I have not encountered issues with them of this magnitude . I too recently received my KG sofa (abt 2wks back) which I bought from them abt 2-3mths ago @ Sungei Kadut. My experience thus far has been pleasant. I really feel for you for what you have been through Good luck on your redress -
