  1. thanks for the welcome guys and i also like the hammer drawings the tilers were there to carry out the tiling works and part of the wc area has already been tiled when we reached. i heard from them that in the morning, someone had called and complained about the noise when they were trying to remove the existing old tiles. so they had to stop and switch to do tiling works instead. anyway, here are more photos taken yesterday. hacking done for the doorway between master bedroom and study/wardrobe area hacking done for the doorway between shower area and study/wardrobe area the wall between shower area and wc area partially hacked the original entrance to shower area sealed up as the tilers had their tools and stuff lying around the kitchen floor, i was unable to walk over to the wc area to take more photos. will try to pop by the unit and take some more photos of the progress whenever i'm free later this week.
  2. hacking of toilet (only partially done) - debris cleared from the kitchen - markings done on the walls to be hacked - and before i forget, here are the thing we intend to do for the renovation - - Changing of bedroom doors - Combining the wc and shower areas into one - Changing of the wc, sink, toilet and kitchen tiles - New kitchen cabinet - Wiring and lighting installation - Painting for the whole house - Polishing of the parquet in the 3 bedrooms - Walk-in wardrobe in the room next to shower. 3. hello, i've been reading up a lot on renotalk and am truly grateful for all the information shared by all. my wife and i had been hunting for a house since two years ago but due to various circumstances, we only managed to find one until recently. got my keys at the end of july and it's a 4I unit at marine terrace. the unit is bright and windy which we both like anyway, here are the pictures before you guys get bored the floor plan - view from the living room window - view from the utility window - apologies that we do not have any pre-renovation photos. some hacking has just started early this week so here are some photos of it. hacking of kitchen - seems like i hit the limit on the number of photos per post, will post more photos on the next post :x

  12. one of their ID forgot his appointment with me and double booked himself. initially even asked me to go walk around and go back in an hour and half time. my wife and i were mad and wanted to leave but luckily his colleague was free to entertain us. so now am waiting for his colleague's quotation. btw, the initial ID didn't even apologise for forgetting his appointment with me.
