Hi, I'm new here. Anyone staying in EM in Woodlands? Been thinking of getting an EM there. Saw 1 unit at Blk 362 3rd floor, area 151 sqm. Seller asking for 515K (450 val, 65K COV) Still deciding if it's worth to buy it. Any advise is appreciated. Thanks.
