thanks:) yup expanding the toilet / bath area is a must. I'm considering getting rid of br2 for a open kitchen concept, just that my worry is there's not enough space to fit a dining area in there ( ie walking space ) . Also there's that silly beam in the middle of the living room. I think this layout would be intresting would make the place different, I guess

Thank you...Looking forward to moving in:) Just have to get the reno going soon. Btw it's a 36yr old unit, wonder if my walls are "pre fab". Seen some post that hdb doesnt allow people to remove pre fab walls.

Hi guys and gals, Wanna say hi to all, Just joined this forum a few weeks ago, will be embarking on renovating my unit soon. Excited about it but also scared of the massive work ahead. Just wanna see if any forumers have a Holland 4I unit that they recently did their renovation? Would be great if i can get some ideas of u guys... This is my floor plan... Can't decide to get rid of bedroom 3 or 2.
