Contat do sell Dorma brand but unsure of the models. therat, Should you get this door closer model, it comes with a paper template which you can paste it against the door and start to drill the holes.

I purchased the door closer with hold-open feature from Contat recently as my contractor threw away my old closer. The hold feature is on the arm itself, which consist of adjustable bracket for setting the opening angle and a ball-bearing to lock it. Maybe you can just replace the arm rather than the whole door closer, but it depends, and it cost around S$25 ~ S$28. The overall functionality on smooth closing, anti-slam and hold-open is good. If you are installing the Yale digital lock, the Yale installer will also tune the closing & anti-slam speed for you. On the hold-open angle, you can adjust it using a spanner.

Try using nail polish remover - but start-off from small or cover area to check for side effect before applying to larger surface. I have dirty stains & matt black paint dots on my semi-gloss tiles which I sucessful remove it. I find quite easy as compare to thinner - just pour the remover onto a cloth then press onto the surface for awhile, then wipe off and re-wipe with a clean damp cloth. You should insist your contractor to remove the hollow tiles and apply a new piece. This is a poor workmanship and ignore all excuses such as damaging surrounding tiles, dusty, blah blah blah. You just need a vacuum cleaner to be around to suck the cutting dust when they cut the grout to hack and replace the tiles.

YDM3109 comes supplied with 4 promixity cards, and can be replace/having additional cards from Yale at S$10 each. If you uses promixity card to access your office or kopitiam card, you can use the same card & program it to open the lock. Save $$.
