    Hi We also engaged id note for reno work, it was completed in oct 2010,now our neighbour complaining of leakage ,i am sure it is renovation problem.

    Hi I got my flat renovation done in october 2010, there is a leakage complain from downstairs owner. Want to check generally what is the guarantee period for waterprrofing. If it is under guarantee period my contractor will be liable to bear the cost of correcting the leakage. Let me know if any body had such problems . Thanks kanodim
