    I think we should be paying for the work carried out, not the type of HDB flat we live in. Granted it is DBSS, what's so special that make SC/CC more expensive? Its not like there is swimming pool or a dedicated cleaning crew like condo. The TC really needs to wake up. One size does not fit all. One rule does not cover your a**.
