i'm one of the silent readers here too and this is my 'first post'in this forum.. your flat looks really nice..simple and cosy... quite a reasonable renovation budget as well...we seem to have same taste we have just bought a resale flat in sengkang but won't be getting keys until nov 2010. plus, owner requested to extend stay for another 30 days hope i can start my own reno thread soon

hi, we have recently decided to buy an hdb resale. good location but got 2 odd shaped common rooms. any idea how to balance these out?? thanks!
