  8. Hi All , Needd some advise . I look through in the newspaper and a company quoted me as below. Are these quotes reasonable? Need advise from forumers out there. To Supply Labour cum material to hack : - a) 1x Kitchen Cabinet = $150.00 b) 1x Storeroom (14ft) = $490.00 c) 1x Dismantle of Grille = $50.00 d) Application of permit = $150.00 Wet Works 1 To supply labour cum material to make smooth after hacking work at storeroom area ( cement ) = $250.00 2 To supply labour cum material to seal up 1xno window unit (uesed to be single aircon) = $50.00 Painting 3 To supply labour cum material to paint whole unit ( SEALANT APPLY + SCRAPING ) = $1,550.00 Miscellanous 4 Chemical wash = $300.00 Total Cost = $2,990.00 for the above mentioned works Payment Terms : 20% upon confirmation works 60% upn commence of works 20% upon completion of works

  16. Haha....how much is your cov n the valuation ? Location ? Well as for Teban Area now i'm considering coz heard feedback got lots of workers gathered. Have actually reccee the blk where i'm staying and at the point of time i see no workers loitering as sometimes there is police patrolling the area. Now for the rest of the days ..guess have to drop by every day and feel the ambience of that area day n noon n nite haha...and also my main living area facing road..where all the big trucks are..but neway its a matter of getting used to it.But to think of it Serangoon Gardens is it , those pte estate got one with a foreign worker dorm rite? hmmm...also will influx will foreign worker LOL...
  17. I opt for one unit in Teban Garden..Cheapo cheapo and cov aso quite reasonable. Now weighing the pros n cons..aiya..headache..haha...Got HLE already . First time purchase so using HDB Loan. House Hunting really headache.

The other time when we went night hours cant even see a single worker under the block..haha..i guess go wrong timing ...tink shall stay under the block n moniter haha...
