SCT issued an order for compensation, and they have 1 month to fulfill if not, i can opt to take enforcement action (with additional payments of $200-400) things look bad...
got their 3 seater sofa and was initially worried that the delivered product would not match what we saw @ expo it was delivered 2 weeks back and my wife & i are pretty happy with the leather & build quality it seems that they offer better prices @ exhibitions...
just been to CASE they cant assist as company is uncontactable was advised to go to small claims also, they had a few complains on the same company the past few days
i have also bought a dining table set from them and delivery is supposed to be this evening. Tried calling the sales guy & hotline for past few days, no answer or cut off. will see how it goes this evening.
