TV console came but was sent back cos the drawer rails are all very rusty. At least they are quite cooperative in getting it changed, but it took multiple phone calls and 3 days before somebody got back to us. Not very nice, but we can close 1 eye for now. For a $1K+ TV console, I really expected better quality. Let's see if they fix it properly.
Dennis of Active Creations is currently doing my unit. It seems he does purely word of mouth business and that is already keeping him very occupied. Service so far is pretty good. Workmanship still needs to be seen.
Nobody mention bathtub yet? I seriously considered it but was advised against it cos it's supposedly one of those "nice in concept, not nice in usage" things.
Hi all,
I've tried searching and there seems to be virtually nothing online about this company. Saw their sofas at the furniture fair at Expo. Wife-to-be and I saw something we both agree is chio (which is not very often) and finally purchased it the 2nd time round when we saw them again at Expo.
Not too cheap going by market rate ($1850 for a 3 seater fabric sofa) but the design is what won us over. Now a little worried cos they seem to be quite unheard of.
Anyone has any good/bad reviews about them at all??
