While expensive, I think the money was well spent as I did not visit the renovation work site a single time during the 2 months of work. My ID handled everything.

hi lynd3ralla, actually I hated the hexagonwindows. Haha. It was part of the original flat's design (i.e. all balconies in the block had this). The same design is found all over the place in my void deck. I wanted to hack it away but my ID said that HDB is unlikely to approve it. So I kept it Anyway, the bedroom flooring were laminates.

hi csingeu, I bought my fabric sofa from OM (Joo Koon Rd) main showroom at $999. The model is Ethiopia or Legend. Can't remember exactly. It was a sale and I thought it was a **** good buy (cheaper than some fabric models at Ikea and Courts) from OM. It looks comfy, feels comfy when I tried it but doesn't feel so comfy now. Feels too soft. But of course, you can custom-make the 'hardness' of your cushion at no extra cost when you buy it. Hope this information helps

Hi lonerwithaboner, I found the problem with my vibration. There were 3 nuts at the back of my washing machine that I was supposed to remove before usage. I didn't read the instructions before usage. Now that I removed it, the 'vibrating off the base' problem has been resolved. Hope this helps.

Pros: Close to PIE, amenities nearby include Jurong Pt, Boon Lay, Sheng Shiong, Giant Cons: Close to landing flight path for Tengah Airbase, otherwise is a pretty quiet place

Hello thx1138 I didn't buy EWF10741. Bought EWF1082 (8 kg) instead. So far so good for the last 2 weeks. But my washing machine 'vibrate' off its base when spinning at 1000 rpm!! Wonder what did I do wrong during the setup?

Hi, My current ID is not from any of your shortlisted one. But I did considered Inner View (Simon was the ID that I spoke to over there). Inner View was my 2nd choice because it offered good quotations compared to the other 5 that I tried. Simon was also very sincere and prompt. He's such a nice guy that I felt bad about wasting his time since I eventually did not engage him. Can't comment about their work quality obviously.
