Hi anyone can recommned if there's any service to remove the grout and re-apply it nicely? Think after after the contractor wash our flooring (homogneous matt finishing) with acid water, the grout seems to have uneven tone (grey, cement, white color)..argh, makes the whole floor looks ugly, anyway to help?

I hate Lizards, especially with the HDB lightning just outside my house gate, 2 fat lizards will always waiting for me every night...argh. Always ask my neighbour to catch for me...keke. Finally (touch wood) the Lizards are gone for at least a month after hubby bought the "RIDSECT LIZARD REPELLENT" from NTUC and the Lizards seems to disppear, now I don't have phobia with Lizard outside my house (hope it don't appear again). Hubby spary at the main gate one big round but it will have white stain so advise to spary on the wall. Also when hubby said a lizard, he tried to spray and the lizard escape quite fast..keke. You can try to use it, hopefully it is effective too. The cap is yellow in color and bottle is green with few lizards picture.

Hi Simon My house design about the same as yours. Can share with me the photos on the area that you place your TV (black and front). There's a beam which divide into living and dinning area for my house and planning to place the TV under the beam. I am thinking of doing a feature wall with rotating TV so that I can watch TV **** or dinning area. Anyone there can share the design of the feature wall if any....thanks

If you gg down to United Square, you can look for Eric (quite good guy), hubby negtiate and slash down the price but this guy attitude still ok, quite a cheerful guy..^^ If you gg down to Kallang, can share with us if the price offer is better than United Square and also which sales excutives is better?

Actually I don't like afternoon sun house but i have got one finally (funny hor)....We make such decision as the view is super good (unblock) and windy too so it should be ok. My family will be out the whole day till 7pm, so we will use the Day and Night curtain to block the Sunday, hopefully it can help to minimise the heat...^^. Perhaps we can look at the bright side, afternoon sun helps to brighten up the whole house and also get rid of the unpleasant smell of our hse. Most important is one must feel comfortable with their house....

Day and Night curtains really make our house look grand, I will be doing one too as my house has west sun.....I went to my sis in law sister house, her Day and Night curtain so nice leh......she spent about $1,100 for her 4 room flat. I will get the quote for my 5 room soon....

I rush down to Mega at united square at get a good deal at $799 for Panasonic Inverter NRBW 464 after much negotiation with the sales guy, Eric. His service really good...patient guy...^^

Please advise if the selling price at Mega United Square and Kallang same or Mega Kallang is giving the most attractive price ? Today I went down to Best to get a Sharp 9kg washing machine cost $499+$20 delivery charges and so luky that we didnt buy the Panasonic Inverter Fridge there (selling $999). All the way back, we went to Mega at United Square , saw the same fridge selling $849 and we manage to ask for further discount at the final price S$799n inclusive free delivery. It is really a good deal...^^ But we are not so lucky as Mega is selling Sharp 9kg washing machine at $478 and final price is $460 with free delivery...sob sob....i already bought at Best.... Next will be looking for LCD at Mega, anyone can share SAmsung which model is better , i am looking 40 to 42" type.
