ICA has offered to write in to them, and frankly, I think that's all they can do.. The officer in charge of my case has been pretty helpful frankly. Anyways if the bugger father has not change, you can push ICA to charge him under the NRO where he needs to change his add within 28 days. Even if they can't find him, it makes him a "wanted" man so it makes his life even more difficult. My beef is now with reuel samson gellido, and I will bloody well will make bring him to task for all the stupid things he has done. sure! we will be monitoring to see how it goes too, and I will want to see justice done against all these frauds.

Either way clearly he want to cheat. ICA says they can't do anything to him because he has indeed changed his address. Another post from Eurohub dated 18 Aug, even though we told them SPF will charge them with harassment, so we wrote to the commander of Changi-Simei NPP, and commander of Bedok division to demand that they take up enforcement actions.
