  1. Thanks froggy..it is indeed a challenge. Will think about your suggestion.
  2. From what I know and the advice I got here (in my other post), the beams (as shown in the picture) cannot be hacked. anybody has seen the same thing or personal experience and what can be done? Thanks for any idea or suggestion :-)
  3. Hi I like your white laminate on living room. It's Robina? Is it possible to overlay laminate? Am thinking about laying laminate but don't want to hack the floor. Thanks.
  4. Thank you all for the replies (some quite funny, haha..) Yeah, cannot hack. I also went to HDB website to check. Too bad, just have to live with it or like vinder79 said, do something to make it less obvious.
  5. Hi, My HDB flat is on the top floor, and in the kitchen, there's a beam on the ceiling. I'm wondering if I would be able to remove all of it or at least half of it? Does anybody have the same experience to share? Thanks!
  6. Thks Doc for your input. My reason for wanting to use laminate cos' I want to avoid hacking.
  7. Hi all I am quite keen to change my kitchen flooring. Would laminate be a good option? I saw that QS has a product called Lagune but read somewhere it's not available in SG? Thanks
