Selected our wall tiles from White Horse. 1) Wall tiles for the master bathroom: We will only be using this design as the feature wall. The rest of the walls will be in white glossy tiles. Floor tiles are in dark grey. Initially, we wanted our bathroom to be dark. Dark walls, white floor tiles. But after much discussion, we find that our bathroom is already so small, it will look very cramped & uncomfortable if we were to use too much dark colors. 2) Wall tiles for the common bathroom: Also for only one side of the bathroom as a feature. We feel that this design looks quite cheerful especially for kids & even our guests in future. Floor tiles will be in white with some "sparkly" effect. Wondering if we should cover the whole feature wall with this tile, or only two rows of it? Will it be too "over"? Will try to post floor tiles' pics because forgetful us didn't take any and the samples are with our ID now.

Have always wanted a Red + White kitchen. Here is another 3D design which we decided on. The red laminate is not in the exact shade that we like. We will be changing it to a richer shade of red..

Hello! This is "mummychen" here as my hubby has been too busy to update~ Just a little background on us, we are parents-to-be and expecting our first child (bb girl) in two weeks' time! So in the meantime, we will keep this updated till the lil one pops! Today is the first day of our reno. The entire kitchen, master and common bathroom, living room floor tiles will be hacked. Here's the confirmed 3D design of our living room: (Forgot to take the BEFORE pictures, have asked our nice contractor to take it for us... Will post it when we receive them!) The white panel at the kitchen entrance is actually a "tic-tac" door to hide the bomb shelter door.

Thanks sazeryn! This is our proposed layout. I will only renovate on Hall, MBR, 2 bathrooms and kitchen due to budget constraints. We will buy furniture from Ikea for study and baby's room. Unfortunately our ID took the tiles, so no picture of it at the moment.

Will be going Choo Chiang @ Pioneer Rd for switches and Hua Khian for living room tile later on.
