in my case i need to inform ID wat i prefer, n he'll need to advise me on maximum size allowable and design tat's suitable. same thing for fridge, washing m/c, TV, hob, hood, sofa, dining table, coffee table, bed etc. If there's mis comms, worse case will b ur stuffs cannot fit into his measurements. muz b careful ah..

Banned's sofa to TV dist is longer than us cos it's a resale flat, so hall is bigger. Everyone oso wan a bigger TV, but it all depend on the dist allowable and individual preferences.. 50" looks gigantic..
