hi all my lbox and plastering all done so can i know which to paint first? me gg to DIY i bought Nippon Matex Emulsion Paint and oil based sealant. the plastering guy said matex > sealant > paint the hdb guy said > sealant > matex/paint anyway i don think i am gg to use paint .. i will use matex for the whole house tks

don think they will dismantle for you give your town council a call and check with them for your shelf / table, i think u can hack/unscrew it yourself and carry them at the void deck they remove my fridge and stand alone stove for free. infact they remove 3 bulky items / month for free
