I've just installed a Joven Galon Heater JH35. Slight problem is that I have to turn almost all the way to the cold side of the mixer to get cool temp water, I cannot leave the mixer at the centre position as when I turn that on, the water will be very hot. Anyone got such issues?

Need some advice. Is it true plaster wall can only apply on existing wall titles? Coz I extended my kitchen into the dining area but the ID only plaster the wall till the old kitchen wall, say that there will be crack at the joint part?? It look kind of ugly with part of the wall prutuding in (not even of about 3mm). Can anyone pls advice. Tks.

I would like to find out is it common for electrician to install Dinning light without the dinning table physically in the house? How many of you actually does that?? Or did you wait till the delivery of the dinning table then you ask the electrician to install the light? Does your ID allow moving in of the Dinning table before the handover??
