My dad's house had 2 toilet that using 707 for more then 14 years and 20 years and is still using for 20 years. For the 14 years, is already spoilt , so he been keen on changing brand but not 707 (4 brands within 6 years) The reason why didn't change back 707, due to sales ppl said german brand is good, that brand is better etc etc. LOL anyway i already shift out.

i feel like even i need password to open door from inside, but i forgotten is that, i don't need key to open. The waste of time is abt 3 ~ 5 sec different. But from outside going in is much easier, I don't need to key in password, I just need fingerprint. Best of all, i have lesser branch of keys.

someone can put their hand behind the lock, but it still need password to open from inside. Disavantage: troublesome for inside going out, u also need to have password to go out. But still can do setting for inside without password (if u are installing for wooden door)

Hi, trust me, u won't want to DIY yourself. Because i regret it. It took me 30 min for design how to do. It took me 5 hrs to complete the job. It took me 1 hrs for painting. It took me 12 hrs for letting the paint to dry. It took me 1/2 hrs for touch up painting. It took away my weekend supposse to enjoy. It not good done too. U see the glap one big and small. ( alignment not straight) Just paid for someone to do. Here is my stupid DIY:

my relative already installed by the door installer 1 year back. So i think HDB can install this but maybe need to change gate. They change the whole door abt $380 but installation for this digital unit will require addition $100. I don't have so much $$$ for changing new door and extra $100, so i had to DIY myself. The unit i had purchased from ebay have just arrive, so wish me good luck on DIY my HDB gate. LOL

huh? i prefer fingerprint bcos is keyless. I don;t like number lock but the pic is show also have number lock in case fingerprint unable to scan. the best part is that, it also have the option for using key if both number lock and fingerprint is faulty. U sure the digital fingerprint lock cannot install to my HDB metal gate?

i had found it for u. For metal gate door, u require dual digital lock. Price range from USD$500 ~ 1000 maybe u get search around internet. Those in shop selling digital fingerprint lock is single side, for wooden door. the cheapest i found is this type:

does anyone know where to purchase in local and install for metal gate digital lock? It require dual side lock. Those Samsung or Yale only have 1 side fingerprint + digital + key

Always ask if after wash and is shorten , must refund or change new one. When they deliver, hang up, take photos, then immiedate wash, next day hang up and see got shorten. My parents took them 6 mths later then wash, cannot refund.

Clementi Town very cheap. But don;t buy too cheap curtains. After wash, wil shorten 2" which i think is alot. I bought for living room one, cheap and after wash no problem.

I found cheapest toilet bowl include installation. Same brand, Singapore brand t.bowl and free basin, square type. Most shop quote me $230 +$80 installation for T.bowl, +$30 for basin = $356 include GST Found from installer, he direct quote $200 net, include installation , Free tap if u require. Not those cheapo look. His contact, Ah bo, 9067 6368, he can't speak english. If he asked for more then $200, you just mention Ben at Clementi intro to u, he promise to me same price as mine.

Since very young, my parent house hoods always spoilt. Change or repair and is counterless. I had stay my own flat for 7 years and I had changes 3 brands of hoods. Normally my hoods used once a year, coming new year of 2011, i try to test it, it was expected - the hoods not working again. Why this happen all the time since 20 years ago, i already know hoods always spoilt. Is it the motor burn?

I was wonder if plumber can change the o-ring only? because few year back, my parent's house had bad experience with them, was told to come down and see to quote, end up need to purchase new set. quote S$400 for change a new toilet bowl, end up super small & cheapo type. Any advise should i direct change new one (was quoted S$280) or give them a chance to repair?

my air con spoilt and my exisitng compressor is at 3rd floor handing outside. Is it advise to install compressor at 1st floor but units cooling at 3rd floor. Bcos i had asked 4 quote, so said put 1st floor is better. (can easily maintain and cleaning) some said 3rd floor as if 1st floor, compressor got hard time pump up the freon and may also pump the oil up if long run. if put at 3rd floor, not many contractor can do maintainace, must rent sicssor lift or scafloating. Pls advise.
