I have a Quote from S#Y C#E#T.... and price is rather high as they claim they are using XXXXXXX Country technology, which i don't need lah. anyway with the price i can change 3 time kitchen cabinet every few yrs as long i sick of the look i can change. heeheehee.

I toke abt a mth to read up forums (to avoid bad ID firms, and not to identify good ID as experience tells me forum feedback might not be true "sorry") and walk around to RFQ. and finally I got abt 10 quote from diff IDs price range diff is abt 20k for the same things i'm doing. (got to know that the ID that quote me 20k more is Plush Living """"Goodddddddd Frienddddddd"""" who like to tell ppl they are using XXXXXX country TECHNOLOGY) Plush Living came across in a coincident while me and wife was doing shopping for mattress at singapore expo. Saw plushing living road show and walk over to look look see and was approach by Ying Ying. Wife and me was comfortable with her idea and non-hard sell attitude. + advice on material use and the need and wants. and finally slash quite abit of $$$. (Hope Boss Darren don't see this statement). Ying Ying was very accommodating towards our schedule as well, as i'm having my uncles to do the electrical and painting work for me. and many delays on my side. but she is ok as well. Workmanship is good as well. (i use rule to measure gaps in between tiles for some parts.) Bottom line i can only say "Well Done" Ying Ying Contact will be 98171182.

Just want to share my painter contact with anyone that is looking for a reliable painter. was intro to this painter call "ah seng" to paint my 4 room flat, and was quote slightly cheaper then others but still i award the job to him and was glade that i did. did a few spot check on him during the painting work and i'm glade that he is using the good paint that he claim he is using, and after complete of work he still hand over the balance paint to me just in case i need to do minor touchup in future.(not like the one who paint my mum house) finishing is also very well done. (ask Ying Ying from Plush Living and she will tell you how patricular i am in term of finishing) do PM me for painter contact if you are look for a Good and Reliable Painter. Note: the only set back is this uncle do not speak english at all. he only speak chinese and hokkien.

Hmmm miss this one out, guess will have to ask my ID to put in a additional condition on the completions.... 5% for every day delay. wahahahahahahaha but seriously this kind of attitude is really unacceptable. I had RFQ from 5 diff ID and waiting for Quote over the weekend, during the wait i was at SG Expo and met Ying Ying from PL. Well so i just did a RFQ and the respond was quick 2nd day Quote is in my email. 1st Quote is one of the lowest (someone else is lower), but as mention from some bro/Sis here can feel that Ying Ying is new but very sincere in doing biz. and after some discussion over the phone finally decided to invite her to my new home for a look for a more accurate quote. 2 days later final quote is out and was quite reasonable, but given my pesonal style i do not give in without a fight. hahahahahahahaha so going to meet up with her for a final Show down in her office tonight. By the way i do not know if all ID work late, but for Ying Ying time if flexible. Anyway have anyone deal with her for you home project?

I was using it for my 3room store and i have at least 90kg on it and no problem. hahahaha But again put all the heavy stuff at the lower end to avoid top heavy

Hahahaha, she already knows i have out source my painting and ceiling work. but she is ok overall and price is reasonable(apart from the ceiling and bi fold door) But sure will not let her work hard for nothing, there will be ref going her way all the time.
